Refund and Returns Policy

In addition to your right under UK distance selling regulations, our customer-friendly policy offer you a 7 days return or exchange facility without any trouble. You must let us know if you find any fault or damages in the delivered goods within 3 working days and return the products to us within 7 working days. You must share with us your order number and complete details of the suspected fault through email. It would be preferred if you send us pictures of the damages as prove. The returns are your responsibility. Once we receive, process, and accept your return, we will refund you the cost within 14 working days. We will accept the returns only if:

  • There is no damage on the products done by you and the returned goods are as good in condition as they were delivered to you.
  • The items should not be used and the packaging should be original (relaxation can be given in damaged products scenario)
  • If you take the responsibility of handling and shipping the goods to us.
  • You make sure to pack the goods properly to avoid any shipping damages.
